Reinvent Oneself™ is a personal-development media platform featuring podcast content hosted by Julie Wade, an interactive and downloadable "Reinvention Wheel" planning tool, worksheets and action planners, and a community space for sharing reinvention stories.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use most of our Services.

The Reinvention Wheel and related downloadable materials (worksheets, action planners) are provided for personal, coaching, educational, and planning purposes. They are general self-reflection and planning tools, not professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the wheel and any plans you create with it.

If you submit a story, testimonial, or other content through our "Share Your Story" or community features, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share that content on our Services and associated marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing. You represent that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe on the rights of others.

If you apply to be featured as a trusted professional or community contributor, submission of an application does not guarantee approval or publication. We reserve the right to approve, reject, pause, or remove any listed profile at our discretion.

All content, branding, the Reinvent Oneself™ name and wheel design, podcast episodes, and materials associated with the Services are the property of Reinvent Oneself™ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal use of downloaded wheel/worksheet materials as intended.

The Services, including the Reinvention Wheel tool and all downloadable materials, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reinvent Oneself™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
